Step 1: Go to the Microsoft 365 Sign-In Page
Step 2: Click on “Sign-in”

Step 3: Click on “Can’t access your account?” or “Forgot my password”
- On the password prompt page, select “Can’t access your account?” or “Forgot password?” link.
