Techtron configures all devices according to the below standard recomended build configu unless specifically agreed otherwise with the client in writing.

Workstation Standard Windows Build

Standard Config Core:

  • Azure AD Joined
  • Windows Hello Configured for Login
  • Baseline Security Enabled
  • All OS updates applied
  • All Driver updates applied

Standard Apps Installed:

  • Microsoft 365 Apps for Business
  • MS Teams
  • Outlook (Default Mail App)
  • Adobe Reader (Default PDF Viewer)
  • Sophos Connect VPN (If applicable)
  • One Drive with Known Folder Backup Enabled
  • Bit Locker Encryption (Full Disk)
  • Edge (Default Browser + Default search engine = Google, Recommended no additional Browsers)
  • Hudu Browser Plugin for Edge
  • Datto RMM Agent
  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Additional Config:

  • Company intranet/Client Page and/or Office Portal as home page
  • Hudu URL Link
