What’s New
Full Account Isolation
Seeing an infection that looks like it’s spreading?
Fully lock down the entire network, putting all
endpoints into an isolated state to stop the spread
and give you time back.
Analyst Information
We’ve re-added the analyst name and additional
information they’ve found in their investigations to
your reports, allowing better visibility into Huntress
SOC’s people and processes.
Report Feedback
This update adds a button to Incident Reports so
you can give feedback on whether a rejected report
provided insight and value. This feedback lets us tune our reporting to your requirements.
What’s Coming
SAT Recommendations in Incident Reports
Recommendations for related Huntress Managed SAT training content will be added to reported incidents. In the future, these can be automatically assigned.
Improved Incident Reports
This lets users remediate compromises across
endpoints. The redesign also includes a modularized, more visually appealing layout.
Cross-Product Correlation
Starting with ransomware detections, Huntress
is improving how we correlate signals between
Huntress products to find suspicious activity that may otherwise go unnoticed.
Brand-new UI
A new look and feel will launch soon in Private
Preview! Expect continuous updates over the next
several months.
Audit Logs
The first offering of Audit Log (Private Preview) will
surface key data to track and review user activity.

What’s New
Escalation Improvements
We’ve made escalations more user-friendly to save
you time and reduce unnecessary alerts.
Mark all VPNs Unauthorized by Default
You can now toggle all VPNs as Unauthorized by
default within the Unwanted Access VPN Rules
view. This will automatically log out and disable any
identity across the account when Huntress sees an
interactive login event from any VPN. Expected rules at the identity, organization, and account levels will override the default Unauthorized setting to let partners selectively allow VPN traffic.
Tenant Health
ITDR Tenant Health is now displayed in the ITDR
dashboard. This is categorized by one of three
states: Onboarding, Healthy, or Unhealthy.
What’s Coming
Unwanted Access Map Improvements
“Can I click it?” Yes, you can! We’re improving the
Unwanted Access dashboard map so partners can
click on a location to see more details about logins
from that specific area and create an Expected or
Unauthorized location rule.
Rogue Apps
Applications present a massive attack surface to
threat actors and put partners at risk. Managed
ITDR’s upcoming Rogue Apps capability will detect
and remediate malicious applications installed in your Microsoft 365 environments, adding a powerful layer of identity protection. Rogue Apps will be released in general availability in Q1.
