How much should I pay for IT

We often get asked the question how much should a company for IT today.  The obvious answer is it depends on your business requirements.  Which although correct is not helpful for the average SMB business looking for guidance.  For this reason we decided to build a simple IT budget calculator with what we recommend for all SMB’s.
The calculator will provide you with a good guide for your monthly IT costs.  Companies with specific security or compliance requirements will need to budget more.  The calculator also excludes once of projects or capital items in nature.
